NT musicians Shellie Morris, Leah Flanagan and Paul "Djolpa" McKenzie (Wildwater), pictured above, will feature as part of The Black Arm Band's premiere performance of dirtsong, at this year's Melbourne International Arts Festival. dirtsong is a music performance from Aboriginal Australia. It mixes "traditional and contemporary songs... with newly commissioned music.. sung in many Indigenous Australian languages." More at the MIAF website.
